How Do I Place an Order?

Browse our designs online, or call or e-mail for ideas and recommendations. It is important when you inquire that you include all contact information in addition to the date and type of occasion, approximate number of people attending the event, and the items you are interested in.  We will respond in a timely manner to let you know if we are available for your event date, and to discuss the details regarding your order.  

How soon before an event should I place my order?

Large orders of 50-100+ will need to be placed one month in advance. For less than 50 items, please allow 3 weeks lead time for completion.

Do You Offer Volume Discounts?

Since each item is handcrafted, it takes the same amount of time per item to make two as it takes to make two hundred, so it is not possible to offer volume discounts in most cases.

What is the Privacy Policy?

We absolutely do not share any information about you with any outside sources. Your contact information is only used to clarify details related to your order.

What is the Best Way to Store Chocolate?

Chocolate is best kept sealed at room temperature or in the refrigerator, away from direct sunlight and any liquid. Freezing can cause cracks or discoloration on the chocolate surface, and over-handling can cause melting and smearing (or breakage), even through plastic wrap.  Again, it’s essential to limit handling of chocolate to keep it beautiful!  Well-sealed chocolate can be kept for up to two months, but it is likely to disappear long before that!
